about piano tuning……

Joel Trieger and Westchester Piano Service
have been administering quality care
to the area's pianos since 1983.
Joel is a field-expert in the installation of
"Piano Lifesaver" humidity control systems.

A basic tuning costs $185, which includes tax.
Pianos should be tuned twice each year, and placed
AWAY from outside walls, windows, and heaters.
Neglected pianos often need to be tuned twice, with a week in between.
Repairs are additional at my hourly rate, $110 + tax.

What can you tell me about your piano? When was it last tuned?
What make, model, and year is it? Are there any problems?
Please plan for 90 minutes of silence (or at least very quiet) during appointments.

WARNINGS:
-There could be a fee (no tax) for a visit to
a piano that is beyond help (as determined by me).
-Old piano strings occasionally can break during tuning.
I can replace these at your expense.
-New piano strings need additional tuning, as they are still stretching out.

If you have any questions, please respond by
email : pianojet @verizon.net
Thank you, Joel
